Yes, you can! There are two ways of sending a new message to the tenant:

a) Through the 'Messages' section

  1. Go to the 'Messages' section of your profile in the My Rentals web app.
  2. Click the 'New message' button.
  3. In the 'To' field, select the specific tenant's name.
  4. Click the 'Send' button to open the messaging chat.

b) Through the 'Reservations' section

  1. Go to the 'Reservations' section of your profile in the My Rentals web app.
  2. Open the details of the specific reservation.
  3. Click the 'Send a message' button shown on the left side (under the tenant's name) to open the messaging chat.
