Although we provide you with multiple payment methods that are more secure, in exceptional cases it's also possible to pay the rent in cash directly to the host. However, in case of a cash payment, it's necessary to inform our support team so that the payment can be correctly marked as paid in the system.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Cash payments don't apply to the first rent, which must always be fully paid before your move-in. Otherwise, your lease agreement isn't valid and the host doesn't have to accommodate you.
