About me
I am Portuguese scientist, project manager, dancer, and yoga & tantra teacher. I have been a Biochemist & Immunologist wanting to understand the body from an academic perspective, I studied and worked in various Universities in the UK, USA and Australia. She is also a real state investor, a nature lover and a yogi. I love traveling, the outdoors, culture and water sports such as surfing, scuba diving and wing-foiling, all easily accessible from Costa da Caparca. I love dancing salsa, contact improvisation, contemporaneo, pop, etc. In yoga I teach the styles of Himalayan kriya, ashtanga, pranayama, and yin yoga. When out of the city I am a rock climber too, and there are many great climbing spots near by.
