The maximum number of people that can move into the rental property is stated in every listing detail.
The rental prices are then based on this maximum capacity. Unless the landlord offers you an exceptional discount, you pay the same price for the accommodation as an individual person and as a group with the maximum number of people stated.
If you want to rent the property for more people than the maximum number allowed, you can contact the landlord and try to agree on the specific conditions. However, in most cases, it's unfortunately not possible, and that's why we recommend that you always filter the listings by the number of people you need the housing for.
