Who are the two parties that can agree on any changes within the lease? This article can help you understand how the lease is set.
Who are the parties to the lease agreement?
The lease agreement is signed directly between the tenant and the landlord. Flatio isn't a contractual party and therefore serves only as the mediator.
Any time you want to adjust the lease in any way, it's necessary to have the explicit consent of the counterparty (the landlord must have the consent of the tenant and vice versa). This means that an amendment of the lease isn't valid until it's signed by both sides, and Flatio can't make any direct lease edits without proof of the other side's consent (e.g., a screenshot of the related communication).
