How can I contact Flatio?

This article will tell you about the basic ways how to contact Flatio's Customer Care team, and directly guide you on the possible options.

Flatio's Customer Care team is here for you 7 days a week, ensuring a response within a maximum of 24 hours at all times.

There are multiple ways how you can reach out to us:

  • Web widget (to be found in your My Housing profile)
  • Email ([email protected])
  • WhatsApp chat (+44 7723 495945)
  • Phone call (multiple phone numbers are online during 9:00-12:00 CET on Monday-Friday)

Please note that if you're covered by our Stay Benefits, you can claim the insurance and reach AXA Assistance on their 24/7 emergency line in case you are dealing with issues during your stay in the given property.

Any other inquiries are resolved by our Customer team and you can decide what's the best way for you to get in touch with us.

Remember that whichever option of contact you choose, it's always beneficial to provide us with as much information as possible. It eliminates the necessity of us requesting more information (e.g. your lease number) causing an unnecessary delay in resolving your query.

1. Contact us via our web widget

This is the option our customers use the most because it's the fastest and easiest way for you. 

How does it work?

  1. Log into your My Housing profile and open the web widget by clicking on the “Ask for support” button in the bottom right corner.
  2. Check the prefilled basic information about you (name, email address, phone number). You have the option to change it if necessary.
  3. We always recommend that you fill in the non-compulsory information as well:
    1. How we should contact you back - you can select the preferred way of reply, i.e. either via phone or via email.
    2. In which language you prefer to communicate - feel free to choose from the given options. Please note that an English speaking agent is available at all times, whereas selecting another offered language may come with a delayed response time.
  4. Fill in the description. Please be as precise as possible in stating your question or request. The more information you give, the faster and more accurate answer you are going to receive. You are also able to attach any files if necessary.
  5. Click on the “Send” button.

A transcript of your request will then be immediately forwarded to our team and one of our agents will get back to you in the preferred way and in the preferred language as soon as possible.

2. Send us an email

You can also go with the standard way and simply contact us via email. Our general email address is [email protected], which can be always found in the “Contact” section of your profile.

3. Message us via WhatsApp

If you prefer using WhatsApp, don't hesitate to send us a message on our WhatsApp number +44 7723 495945. Please note it serves only for chatting purposes as we are unable to make or receive calls via this number.
