Naprostá spokojenost s lokalitou, vybavením, čistotou i ochotou majitele.

Zustand der Wohnung einwandfrei. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ruhiges Haus. Alles wichtige des täglichen Bedarfs in der Nähe. UBahnstation 6Minuten zu Fuß, Bus und Tram direkt vor der Haustür. Einziges Manko, da die Wohnung an einer stark befahrenen Straße liegt ist das Lärmpegel bei geöffnetem Fenster massiv.

I stayed in the flat for 36 days. My overall rate is 5/5. I must say that Pavlina is very kind person and willing to help for any little thing. The flat is good and very close to services. I liked it!

Apartment was exactly as advertised and there were no nasty surprises. Owner really took care of his apartment and was extra helpful in all matters and was constantly in communication with me. The neighbor's were very kind and pleasant. This apartment would have gotten the highest rating if it had an air conditioner (I bought a fan) as I faced the heatwave but that wasn't a major issue. I would for sure rent this property again next time I come to town as I have become very comfortable here. On a final note, it's really easy to access the city from this location.

Area was good with everything around. Apartment is big and you get what you see in the pictures. Old furnitures as in the pictures.

The apartment is great. It was recently and beautifully renovated it has everything you might need during your stay in Prague and the look from the terrace is gorgeous! The apartment is situated right in the center of the city so all of the most popular Prague places will be reachable in less than 15 minutes and most of the time you will be able to just walk to them. There is a big shopping mall near the apartment where you can buy anything you might need, thought the place is always highly populated with tourists, so for buying groceries I would recommend going to the nearest Penny store instead. If you like tea, I would highly recommend visiting a place called Royal Tea, which is situated in the inner street right outside of the apartment (for the exact location search for it in Google Maps). The only downside to the placement of the apartment is that sometimes it can be noisy outside so if you are sensitive to noise during sleep, I would recommend bringing earplugs with you. The owner was great and quickly responded to any question we had during our stay. We are glad we found this place and decided to stay here!

The location was great.The house was good. The furniture was new and qualified. Also,Jan was too kind and super landlord.He was too helpful.If ı come back to Brno I prefer this house again.

Bezproblémová domluva, dobré bydlení blízko centra

Byt je příjemný a útulný a díky němu jsme v pohodě zvládli rekonstrukci v našem bytě. Pokud máte rádi širší centrum Prahy, tak neváhejte, Vršovice jsou dneska moc zajímavá čtvrť.
