The place is wonderful, the room, the bathroom, the kitchen, has everything you need, everything works perfectly and the place itself makes the stay comfortable. The neighborhood is divine, you have many options for supermarkets, restaurants and public transportation is very close. Vaclav is a wonderful host, you can trust that the place will be in excellent condition and that he will always be available for anything you need.

I stayed at this apartment for 5 months due to an international internship. I lived here very comfortable and it has everything you need and extra. Edina is also very helpful, sweet and nice to speak to. She really cares about the people staying at her apartment. I would highly recommend this place to stay!

The hosts arrived on time, prepared all the necessary documents, and gave us the apartment in its cleanest state. I can recommend this accommodation!

Luísa's apartment was incredible, we spent a full month here remote working and will definitely look to stay here again next time. The apartment is so spacious and has a balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea with a barbecue and sun loungers that we spent a lot of time using. The bedrooms are large, well decorated and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Like a lot of Madeira, the parking situation is challenging as it's on a hill, but was mastered in a few days. It is a steep hill to Ponta do Sol, but it's relatively short and doable for any relatively fit person. There's plenty of parking in Ponta do Sol too, so you can always drive. Luisa was a great host and on hand for anything we needed- I would highly recommend this apartment when staying in Madeira!

Beautiful, spacious house with all facilities you could want: swimming pool, air-conditioning, heating, dishwasher, washing machine, high-speed internet, large rain shower, comfortable beds, gated parking. We were very happy that we chose this house to stay for a longer period. Communication with Duarte was great, he was flexible and, to top it all off, offered a bi-weekly cleaning of the house - including replacement of bedding and towels. What a luxury! Also compliments to the person that is in charge of the cleaning: they did an amazing job. Wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

The apartment did not come with many amenities. It felt very barren. The area where the apartment is in, is known for not being a good area. The landlord was very friendly and responsive. She helped with any problems that I ran into and had them fixed as soon as possible. The mattresses are very thin and not comfortable to sleep on. The fridge and the cooking supplies were dirty when I arrived, but I was given clean sheets. Overall had a decent experience with the apartment. For what it comes with and the area it resides in I consider the price too high. Very helpful landlord though.

Very good apartment, it has all basic house appliances, in good condition, convenient room planing. Excellent location — stromovka park nearby, small mall less than 5 minutes by foot (with Lidl in it and a food court), Albert store by the corner, multiple small Vietnamese shops available even at night, multiple cafes. C metro line 10 minutes from there, multiple tram stops, 2 train stops (one is “zastávka”, and one is “nádraží”). You can get to the city center in 10-15 minutes by tram or in 20-30 minutes by foot. Landlord is very nice and cooperative, upon my arrival he told me how to get to basic things in the area, and when (unfortunately) closet fell with a TV on it (TV broke, obviously), he explained what is needed in order for him to apply for the insurance (which is included when you rent through Flatio). Overall raising - 10/10

We had a great stay in Sofia Bulgaria, the landlord was very responsive and easy to communicate with. They gave us detailed instructions on how to find the apartment which is always nice. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the bed and couch were both very comfortable.

Centrally located within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and markets this is an ideal apartment in a quiet location. A spacious fully functional T1 + 1 that is clean and bright. Staff come weekly to clean and replenish bedding and linens, an unexpected surprise. Beautiful modern decorum, with a washing machine + drying rack which is super handy. Although the apartment is in the city, it boasts a large terrace overlooking green space where we enjoyed some of our meals outside. As outdoor enthusiasts, this was important to us. We really enjoyed this apartment. Mr. Andre Reis, is a proactive landlord, readily available to assist. Even though Mr. Reis has many properties and is a busy man, he is calm and kind - we were never made to feel like an imposition and felt well taken care of (always important when a person is in foreign lands). Madeira is an amazing place, visually stunning, great food and the people are friendly!! I would recommend this rental to anyone who may be interested.

Sara was helpful every step of the way. The room was beautiful with lots of amenities. The pool was nice too. Have cash on hand for the local restaurants.

This is a lovely apartment in a great location. Eleni was friendly and responsive. Communicating via WhatsApp slowed me down a little bit (prefer to type with 10 fingers!) but otherwise everything was great.

I recently stayed at Orsolya's apartment in Budapest for three weeks, and it was a wonderful experience! The apartment is situated in a beautiful, traditional Hungarian building, adding to the charm and authenticity of our stay. The location is fantastic – it's in a calm and quiet neighborhood, yet conveniently close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. We never had any trouble finding what we needed nearby. Inside, the apartment is cozy and well-furnished, making it feel like a home away from home. The utilities worked perfectly, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the living space was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Our neighbors were incredibly nice which added to the pleasant atmosphere of the building. As three girls studying abroad, we felt safe and welcomed throughout our stay. Orsolya was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. We truly had the best time and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in Budapest. Thank you, Orsolya, for making our stay so memorable!
