I had a change in dates and wanted money back, but instead was told I had to just get a more expensive rental to cover what i had already paid. I asked for the service fee ($30 or so) to be waived since I felt like my customer service was lacking, and I was told that was impossible).

Bohužel nedoporučila bych, komunikace je strašně zdlouhavá, v případě Airbnb se mi nikdy nestalo, že bych čekala na nějakou jejich odpověď déle než 24hodin. To neexistuje, u vás jsou to dlouhé týdny.

Jednoznačně zlepšit komunikaci v tom, aby byla možnost se s vámi spojit hned co to člověk potřebuje. Čekání v případě problémového nájemce, jak jsem měla já bylo ubíjející a úpřimně, přála jsem si, aby tato rezervace byla provedena přes Airbnb. Tam mám zkušenost, že do 24hodin je vše vyřešeno.

Only if they were desperate and had no choice.
Profoundly disappointed with flatios help, and service and lack of communication and accountability.
When I informed them if an issue it took 4days after I filed a complaint for them to get back to me. In 2 more days I had to call back. And was informed the person on my file was on holiday and had not even contacted the landlord and it would be longer.
After many calls and emails they almost nothing to help.
Constantly blowing me off, giving wrong info, and over all just doing as little as possible to help or take responsibility.
Did not uphold the promise of satisfaction they claim bon the website.
Only good thing I have to say is the people I delt with we're polite and well mannered.

Zkušenost s Flatiem byla celkem dobrá pokud nebyl problém s nájemníky. V případě řešení problémů je skutečně velice špatná. Již 3. týden řeším, že nájemník zničil apartmán v hodnotě 9. milionů, a to konkrétně s paní Rašovskou. Komunikace s ní je docela složitá. Nedala mne do kopie při komunikaci s nájemníkem, i když to slíbila. Všechno trvalo delší dobu. Po zahájení chatu jsem čakala 5 minut na každou její další reakci, ani po půl hodině se nám nepodařilo vyřešit jednoduchou věc. Paní Rašovská mne poté, co věděla všechny skutečnosti několikrát ujistila, že zničený byt (nájemník v bytě kouřil) se bude řešit z Garanční kauce, pokud to nájemce neuhradí. Po dvou týdnech mne pak napsala, že mám smůlu, že se nájemce neozývá a že z Garanční kauce se nic hradit nebude. Požadovala jsem jen zlomel škody, kterou nájemník způsobil a nedostala jsem vůbec nic. Flatio takýmto způsobem nemůže nikdy dobře fungovat, když jen bere poplatky a v případě problému, za který by mělo nést odpovědnost dáva ruce pryč. Nemluvě o tom, že zaměstnanci podávají zavádějící informace. Po této zkušenosti bych přes Flatio nepronajímala ani psí boudu.

Nerozumím tomu, proč majitelé neschvalují žádosti o rezervace.. takže strávím až 10 hodin hledáním a vybíráním místa, udělám rezervaci čekám den a pak je stejně má žádost zrušena nebo zamítnuta.. tak ať to nenabízí, když to nechtějí pronajmout..

I brought up the issue with the internet, and the solution from flatio was for me to fix it.
If the water weren't working or electricity or any other agreed upon utility, would that expectation be held?
In retrospect, I'd much rather have gone the route of Airbnb if I had known the nightmare I'd be entering.

Bohuzel skvely napad, ale nedotazeny - maly zajem, maly servis z jejich strany ze si uctuje 7,5% - lidi pri predani bytu, lidi na kontrolu bytu mystery visits, kontrola, jestli lide plni to co odsouhlasili - kdo tam bydli, jestli kouri, kdyz oznacil "nekurak" zaplaceni 1.najmu pred nastehovanim je MUST! Kdyz jsem v zahranici nechci tyhle veci resit, a musela jsem, takze spise nedoporucuji. Kompenzace taky nevim, jak dopadne, neni jasne reseni z jejich strany.

I will never ever use this service. I had a lot of communication with them but their comment / explanation were absolutely not logical and not possible to understand. It is first time to have worst experience in my life.
