Os anfitriões têm que ter liberdade de pedir uma caução aos hóspedes, independentemente do número de dias das estadias uma vez que, não pagando qualquer caução, os hóspedes sentem que podem fazer tudo, estragar equipamentos, deixar de pagar rendas, etc sem qualquer consequência efetiva.

The most terrible part was the service fees and the money I paid. I found the flat in flatio for about 700 euro and paid 811 euro! The exchange rate flatio used was strange!

You don't have customer service available to talk to, and I was not able to contact the landlord to ask questions or to view the apartment. Also, My rental rate is wrong as there should be a 5% long-term discount applied to my reservation.

Too complicated application form. And that strange limit for minimum 160 characters in 'about me'? That sounds like 90's-20xx or so... And thus that is not clear - what does 'reservation' means? I just want to have a look at the flat for a long-term rent. Why should I perform so many steps for this simple task? =)
